4. Booking, delivery, cancellations

Payment confirms booking and initiates preparation.
Preparation starts upon payment confirmation.

Live sessions

Rescheduling or cancellation must be requested by email at least 48 hours in advance.
Late cancellation or no-show: non-refundable.

Written deliverables

Bespoke work is non-refundable once preparation has started, except in the event of a material delivery failure attributable to ARCHETYPE Privé.

5. Confidentiality

Confidentiality is a core condition of the work.

What you share in sessions and private correspondence is treated as confidential and handled with professional discretion.
This includes identity, context, charts, notes, and deliverables.

We do not sell personal information.
We do not share it for advertising.
We do not disclose client names, stories, or excerpts without prior written consent.

Legal exception: disclosure may occur only if required by law, or in response to a valid court order.

6. Data use and privacy

We collect only what is necessary to deliver the service and manage administration: name, email address, and birth details when required for analysis, plus payment confirmation details.

Purpose: service delivery and administration only.
No advertising. No third-party marketing.

Payment processing: handled by third-party payment platforms. ARCHETYPE Privé does not store card data.

Retention: session materials and chart data are kept only for delivery and short-term continuity of service, then deleted unless you request otherwise in writing. Administrative records are retained as required for accounting purposes.
